Gentle to moderate (8- to 18-mph) northwesterly winds are forecast on this afternoon, shifting out of the northeast on Thursday morning. Gentle (8- to 12-mph) southerly winds are forecast on Thursday morning, shifting and increasing out of the northwest by Thursday evening. Strong to gale force (25- to 38-mph) northwesterly winds will develop on Friday and will continue through Saturday. Another round of strong to gale force (25- to 38-mph) north to northwesterly winds are forecast later on Sunday, decreasing on Sunday. Increasing northeasterly (offshore) winds are forecast on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
