Wind was good for kiteboarding up the North Coast yesterday. Today we have overcast and light sprinkle.
Fresh to strong (19- to 31-mph) northwesterly winds will
develop this afternoon.
These winds will shift out of the northeast (offshore) by
Thursday night and become quite gusty by Friday morning.
The coastal canyons and passes, eastern San Luis Obispo
near Cal Poly, Sierra Vista and French Medical Centers
and areas near Morro Bay High School could see wind gust
as strong as 35-mph.
A pattern of moderate to fresh (13- to 24-mph) northeasterly
(offshore) winds developing during the night and morning hours,
shifting out of the northwest during the afternoon hours will
commence on Saturday and will continue through most of next
week.
