Moderate to fresh (13- to 24-mph) northwesterly winds will develop
   this afternoon and tonight, decreasing to gentle to moderate
   (8- to 18-mph) levels on Wednesday.

   A pattern of gentle to moderate and at times gusty northeasterly
   (offshore) winds developing during the night and morning hours
   and shifting out of the northwest during the afternoon hours will
   commence on Thursday and will continue through Friday.

   Moderate to fresh (13- to 24-mph) northwesterly winds are forecast
   on Saturday through Monday.
