   A pattern of gentle to moderate (8- to 18-mph) northeasterly
   (offshore) winds developing during the night and morning hours,
   shifting and increasing out of the northwest to moderate to
   fresh (13- to 24-mph) levels during the afternoon hours will
   continue through Thursday afternoon.

   Gentle to moderate (8- to 18-mph) southeasterly winds will
   develop Thursday night, building to moderate to fresh (13-
   to 24-mph) levels by Friday afternoon. These southeasterly
   (prefrontal) winds will further increase to fresh to strong
   (19- to 31-mph) levels on Friday night into Saturday morning.

   Moderate to fresh (13- to 24-mph) northwesterly (postfrontal)
   winds will develop on Saturday afternoon, decreasing Saturday
   night.

   Increasing southerly winds are forecast on Sunday into Monday
   morning.

   Strong to gale force (25- to 38-mph) northwesterly winds will
   develop on Monday afternoon, decreasing Monday night.
